1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at astragenie.com or any services offered by AstraGenie Inc. ("AstraGenie", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

AstraGenie provides custom AI agent teams that automate business functions including social media management, marketing, sales outreach, content creation, software development support, and internal operations. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your order form or subscription agreement.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when requesting a demo or subscribing to a plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens we provide.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@astragenie.com.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription amount.

• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
• After the 30-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Annual plan refunds after 30 days are prorated at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense our AI systems without written permission.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and systems provided by AstraGenie remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Output generated by your AI team on your behalf is yours to use commercially, subject to the terms of any underlying AI provider licenses.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, workflows, and data as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties except as required to deliver the services or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranty that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, legally compliant for your jurisdiction, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing, sending, or relying on them for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraGenie's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
